git clone … olb-release not pointing to last official release

    Not really a openLB bug, but I wanted to report that the git commnad
    git clone https://gitlab.com/openlb/release.git olb-release
    which should point to the latest official release of openLB (1.8.1 at the time of writing), is indeed pointing to the last available development/pre-release: the one including the (WIP?) implementation of the Case-based style (as in the updated example settlingCube3d).

    Yes, we recently started directly pushing more developments to the public. I amended the description on the download page accordingly. If you want to stay on a specific release you can checkout the tag.

    We actually will push release 1.9 today / tomorrow so you can consider these case changes as “non-WIP” 🙂
