NaN during calculations

Hello everyone,
I encountered an error during calculations using the modified code of microfluidics2d example, where all results eventually became NaN values after a certain number of iterations. I have made several changes to the lattice relaxation time (tau), but the calculation results still show the above problem. Could you help me identify the potential causes of this issue?
