    Dear OpenLB community and developers,

I am considering the possibility of using resolved particles in the Partially Saturated Cells Method (ForcedPSMBGKdynamics) for the fluid lattice. While the HLBM offers significant advantages, I am currently restricted to using the PorousParticleBGKdynamics for the fluid lattice. Given that the HLBM is a derivative of the PSCM, and has previously been applied in OpenLB for VIV of cylinders, I believe this approach may be feasible. Could you provide any insights or suggestions regarding the implementation of such a method?

In addition, can OpenLB implement external libraries such as LIGGGHTS?

    Your reply is really appreciated.
    Regards,
    Anas

Yes, you can link to any other libary. OpenLB is open source and since you can link, include, etc. to other libaries. For help see the options here: https://www.openlb.net/consortium/
