    Thank you for the response Mathias.
    Will it work if I track the value of density throughout the cells?
    I am asking this question because as far as I understand there is no sharp change in the density values and there is a finite distance associated where this change happens.

    Hello Souhaila,
    As I can see in the second image that you posted, the first file is the executable file. Now in the terminal just type ./bstep2d and it will execute this file and you should get some output on your terminal.

    Can you please give me some idea on how to deal with corners. If I use any of the two available boundary conditions like here in this case you used No-Slip and avoided using PBC. Results should not be significantly different if my system size is large enough?
