Price Range: ₹1.18 Cr to ₹1.84 Cr Rate: ₹8,700 per sq. ft. (pre-launch) Status: Pre-launch offers active; price expected to rise post-launch I’m not from a CFD background, but I’m here to learn how tools like OpenLB and LBM simulations can model airflow, energy efficiency, and ventilation in high-rise urban environments — all key elements in designing smart, livable spaces.
