Hello Anas,
There is a coupling for the total enthalpy in 3D. I suggest you always look for classes in the Doxygen search engine:

The conversion should be similar than how you would convert some of the examples in the laminar folder, e.g. cavity2D->3D, poiseuille 2D->3D.
