Basic implementations are there in OpenLB which you can combine. For a moving particle which is of nano-scale size there might be some special boundary conditions or flow dynamics beyond Navier-Stokes dynamics which might not be applicable. And you would have to combine submodules which have probably never been combined before within OpenLB and even within the meso-model-world using LBM.
