Dear Rookie,

Unfortunately, I cannot run the provided code because it seems to be missing some parts. However, I suggest that you use a minimal working example where you experience the problem anyway, so that it’s easier to identify the actual problem. If it’s in the periodic boundaries, then a very simple setup with a particle moving at constant speed through the periodic boundary should suffice, right?
