Aorta 3D simulation

Dear developers,
In the example given previously aorta3d, is it possible to simulate the whole thoracic aorta (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aorta#/media/File:Aorta_segments.svg) with a cannula inserted which will be: 2 inlets and 7 outlets? If it so, please can you give guidance about how to change the geometry and the boundary conditions.
