    Hello,
Please suggest me what is being used in contactangle2D.cpp to deal with the contact point singularity. There are two models normally used to deal with contact singularity:
    1. Slip Model
    2. Precursor film Model
Could you please tell what approach is used here in the code? Or maybe suggest me any paper so that I can understand the approach followed.

    Regards
    Bhuttu

    Hi Bhuttu,

I don’t have a great understanding of the topic myself so I could be mistaken. However, I believe that the contact line singularity is solved because it uses a diffuse interface model that allows matter to diffuse across the boundary. This is detailed in this paper, and it also contains references to other relevant papers.

    Best,
    Sam

Thank you Sam. I will read the paper and will try to understand the approach followed in it.
    Thank you.

    Best regards
