Dear all,
I would like to import a .xml file into OpenLB, which is generated by Yet Another Dynamic Engine (Yade DEM). The .xml file describes a porous media geometry model but mismatches with .xml file that openLB needed, likes:
“1.00000000000000002e-08 0 0 -1 0.00000000000000000e+00 0.00000000000000000e+00 0 0.00000000000000000e+00 0 0 1 1 -1 0 1.00000000000000000e+00 1.00000000000000000e+00 1.00000000000000000e+00 0 0 9 0 author=zsn~(zsn@zsn-virtual-machine) isoTime=20200721T131719 id=20200721T131719p10399 d.id=20200721T131719p10399 id.d=20200721T131719p10399 line=l! defaultParams=rMean=0.08,rRelFuzz=0.05,maxLoad=100000.0 params= pickledPythonVariablesDictionarytable=(dp0 VrMean p1 F0.08 sVrRelFuzz p2 F0.05 sVmaxLoad p3 F100000.0 s. 5 1 0 -1 0 -1 collider 0 -1 3 1 -1.00000000000000000e+00 1 0.00000000000000000e+00 2.00000000000000011e-01 -1.00000000000000000e+00 -1.00000000000000000e+00 0 0 0 0 100 9.99999999999999955e-08 -1.00000000000000000e+00 -5.00000000000000000e-01 1.00000000000000006e-01 0.00000000000000000e+00 0 0 0 0 0 -1 interactionLoop 0 -1 3 1 1.00000000000000000e+00 1 0.00000000000000000e+00 1.00000000000000000e+00 0 -1 1 1 0 -1 1 1 law 0 1 0 0 1 0 0 -1 timeStepper 1 10 -1.00000000000000000e+00 1.79769313486231571e+308 1.79769313486231571e+308 8.00000000000000044e-01 0 0 1.00000000000000000e+00 0 0 ……”
What should I do to adapt it to the .xml file that openLB needed or do any better methods to build a 3D porous media model to simulate the flow and heat transfer?
Best wishes,
