Dear OpenLB administrators,

I tried to sign up today using my gmail account and it seems the sign up email is being blocked by the spam filter, i.e. it is not even arriving in the spam folder.

To sign up I used a hotmail account I have and the sign up confirmation email arrived in spam so I could at least complete the sign up process.

The email for the confirmation however came from info@optilb.com which might be why it is getting bounced by the spam filters.

I’m just letting you know that there might be some problem with the confirmation emails that are going out and perhaps people are struggling to join the forum.

Hi Tom,

thank you very much for your testing!
We are currently still working on this issue.

Google seems to think that our Emails are not trustworthy and rejects them.
It’s therefore a general issue with Gmail and we are able to reproduce the issue our self’s.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience you experienced while trying to register.

Hi Tom,

we have found and fixed the issue.
You might have to wait up to 24 hours, since it was a DNS related issue.
