How can I use OpenLB to do blood flow Simulation?

I have noticed that in “show cases”, there are some results show about medicine. I am very concerned about the efficiency of using openlb to simulate blood flow. I hope to get some help on how to establish a simulation process on openlb. For example, what is the format of the input file? How to select a solver? Can I run this process in GPU ?
