    I want to try to run the code in the example of cylinder3d.I want to ask how to get vorticity contours by the code.

    For these kinds of post-processing tasks it is most convenient to load the generated VTK files in e.g. ParaView. There you can generate a vast variety of visualizations, including vorticity contours.
