    Hi all,

    does anyone here had problems when upgrading Ubuntu to version 16.04?

    It seems the parallel mode is not working. The simulation is faster when running on serial model than when running on parallel mode. My laptop has 8 cores for sure, and I was using 6, the same way I used to do in Ubuntu 14.04.

    I have installed openmpi according to the user guide (same way I did when I was using Ubuntu 14.04), and the Makefile.inc is also set according to the user guide:

    Dear Liliana,

    can you post the output or send me by email. We did not see any problems so far. Please, also send me the versions of openmpi and g++?
