    Hello everyone,
I want to simulate a simple porous media with water running through. However, water has some particles of various radii. I have checked out some methods which are implemented in OpenlB for simulating porous media. But I don’t have any information about simulating particles. (flow is steady and quite simple – The geometry is quite complicated but I am planning to use an STL file for that part.) I know that there is a bifurcation3d with an STL file as an example. I wanted to know how I can combine the two in OpenLB. If there are certain resources to suggest to help me along the way, it would be greatly appreciated.
    Best regards,
    Amir

    Dear Amir,

you may checkout the dkt example. This is an example of a resolved particle simulation.

    Dear Mathias,
Thank you for replying. I will certainly do that.

    Kind regards,
