    hi,
    i’m not familiar to openLB.
i want to create a lattice, according to my segmented binary mask (1: fluid 0 : no-fluid, no dynamics) or mask (0:fluid 1: wall 2: no-fluid, no dynamics).
is there any examples to do my work? or is it possible create lattice from my binary mask or mask?

You can save it in a vti format and read it in openlb.

    Thank you mathias,

But i mean i don’t want to make stl file which lose some pixels that i just segmented. Just want to read as voxel level.

Vti is an image, i.e. voxel, format. Please see vtk toolkit for more information and check out the openlb reader interfaces in the folder io.
