    Hello,

I need to know about the setInterpolatedConvectionBoundary condition? From the previous post regarding the boundary condition, I got an idea that it is used for the non zero Neumann condition. How to calculate the uAv term in its description?

I am trying to setup the neumann condition for the velocity at the outlet. Would this boundary condition help me in this aspect?

    Thank you,

    Sahil

You can calculate the uAv e.g. using a plane integral “in front” of the inlet or manually provide the value from model assumptions.

In any case the interpolated convection boundaries were overlooked for the release, I will update this post with a ported and GPU-supporting version.

    Hello,

    Thank-you for the reply.

Could you tell me any other boundary conditions available where I can use as Neumann velocity BC for the outlet?

    Thank-you

Have a look to the various setups, e.g. cylinderxd, how it is done there. Best Mathias
