User Guide not on par with OpenLB Version

Hi,

I’m currently starting with OpenLB, and I’m trying to run the initial example shown in chapter 2.
Regretfully it seems that some features e.g. the DataAnalysis2D is no longer supported
for the blockLattice2D ( which was available in the previous version 0.9) and the ImageWriter.

Is it correct to say that the methods have been replaced ( in this example ), for a vtkWriter and
BlockLatticePhysVelocity2D ?

Is there a log to see what has changed in btw versions?

Yes, you are right – it has been replaced. The new approach is much more flexible. You can further write e.g. gifs. On the website there is a little log about new features.
