Visualization of Simulated Geometry

    The simulation is done. But how do I visualize the actual geometry that’s used in the simulation using Paraview?

    I can see cuboids, slices, contours, streamline but I don’t know how to show the actual geometry.

    Anyone with an idea, please advise.

    You can load the geometry file and use e.g. cutplanes. Then, you will see the material numbers.

    Could you be more specific? I still couldn’t figure out how to show the geometry in Paraview. For example, how was the picture of the aorta produced in Fig. 4.1 (page 40) Of the OpenLB User’s Manual?

    The last picture was done in Paraview with a threshold removing the “0” material. You may consider come to our spring school which starts in 10 days! Best Mathias
